The Yi Yuva Club of REC organized a dynamic self-defense training program named Adanga Maru. This impactful event was specifically designed for the students of MMDA Girls' School, with a core focus on equipping them with vital self-defense skills. The event took place on 21-08-2023 and marked a significant step towards fostering personal safety and empowerment among young women.The training Programme were conducted by our esteemed chief guest Mr. Abraham E R, a Level 5 Unarmed Combat Instructor and a Member of the Mixed Martial Arts of Tamil Nadu Association. His wealth of experience and expertise in self-defense techniques added immense value to the event.
